1. Census in 1900 in Milton, Northumberland, PA. 6 Living at 418 Shakespeare Avenue in Milton in 1900 was Charity E. Heine, occupation "compositor", 28, born Oct 1872. She is labeled "cousin" and living with three cousins: Charity S. Seiler who heads the household, 35, and her sister Bertha Seiler, 33, and brother Harry Seiler, 24. Everyone and their parents were born in Pennsylvania.

2. Newspaper: The Miltonian, 22 Jun 1900, Milton, Northumberland, PA. 3 WEDDING. BUCHER-HEINE. A quiet and pretty wedding occurred at the Methodist Episcopal church on Wednesday evening last, when John N. Bucher, son of the late County Treasurer, Frank Bucher, deceased, and at present, paymaster and purchasing agent for the American Car and Foundry Co., was married to Miss Charity Heine, a well known and highly respected young lady of here.
The attendants were: Prof. C. G. Cleaver and Miss Clara Bucher, sister of the groom and Mr. Frank Vandevender and Miss Mabel Heine, sister of the bride and both of Northumberland. The ushers were, William Carter Dickerman, Herbert Cameron Cumming, a prominent young attorney of Sunbury, Herbert H, Harris and Clarence H. Roat.
Rev. Simpson B. Evans, the bride's pastor, pronounced the ceremony in an especially brief and emphatic way and Miss Rae Mervine rendered the wedding marches in an appropriate style, befitting the event. At the conclusion the happy pair were driven to their already newly furnished home on East Broadway, where they were surrounded by a host of friends and relatives.
