His real estate was valued at $0 and his personal possessions at $200. Everyone was born in Pennsylvania. The post office is Coatesville, Pa.

Census in 1870 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA. ¹⁰ Jacob Bucher, 75, no occupation, is living in Philadelphia in the 88th Division 26th Ward, with Susan, 51; Lorenza, 25, works in rolling mill; George, 22, works in rollin mill; Benjamin, 17, clerk druggist; and Emma, 12, at school. Since this is the same address shown in the 1882 Philadelphia City Directory for Lorenzo Beecher and a Peter Plumb, we know this is their census record recorded as Wrenn instead of Lorenzo. Here is the record:

Living at 2219 St. Alban's Place was Peter Plumb, 70, with wife Rachel, 68; sons Alfred, 43; Peter, 36; and Harry, 34, all employed as paper hangers. In the same home is Wrenn Beecher, 35, no occupation; his wife Annette, 40; and his sister, Annie, 40. Also in the home is a servant, Lizzie McClure, 19. Everyone and their parents were born in Pennsylvania.
