Obituary: Gettysburg Times: Mrs. Beecher Dies of Paralytic Stroke on 4 May 1928 in Gettysburg, Adams, PA. 7 Mrs. Mary Kindig Beecher, widow of George Beecher, died Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the effects of a stroke which she suffered that morning. Mrs. Beecher had been ill for some time and had made her home with Mrs. E. K. Eichelberger, Hanover. She was aged 69 years, 10 months and 10 days. Surviving Mrs. Beecher is one brother, John Kindig, York Springs. Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Eichelberger home, the Rev. E. H. Beidleman officiating. Interment was made at Hostetter's Mennonite meeting house cemetery.

Interment was made at Hostetter's Mennonite meeting house cemetery on Friday.
