2. Census in 1870 in Cumberland Twp., Adams, PA. 3 George Orrant, day laborer, 32, was living with wife Matilda, 34. Also with them: Amanda Beecher, 18; Daniel Beecher, 16, working of farm; Jacob Orrant, 13; Samuel Orrant, 10; Annie Orrant, 8; and John Orrant, 6. Everyone was born in Pennsylvania.
