8. Obituary: The Daily News on 5 Jan 1918 in Lebanon, Lebanon, PA. ¹³ Death of Mrs. Webber. After a long illness from infirmities and dropsy, Mrs. Rebecca Webber died yesterday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Stine, on West Carpenter Avenue, at the age of 78 years.
She is survived by these children: Mrs. Mary Stine, with whom she resided; Mrs. Morris Bicher, of town; Mrs. Samuel Morris, of Philadelphia: Mrs. Levi Long, of Strausstown; John Spangler, of Pottsville, and William Spangler, of Jonestown.
There are two sisters, Mrs. Samuel Kline, of Lebanon, and Mrs. Seranus Bordner, of Bethel.
The funeral will take place on next Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock, with services at the house, Rev. W. S. Dry, pastor of the Christ Lutheran church, Stouchsburg, of which the deceased was a member, officiating. Interment will be made in the cemetery adjoining the Christ Lutheran church. The arrangements are in charge of Funeral Director Isaac N. Bahney.
