XI. - Daniel Riegel, - a son, dead, died before his father Daniel Riegel. He left a widow Susanna (not entitled to share, since husband was not seized) left issue as follows:-

Neither the decedent's widow, nor the two children have been seen or heard from for a period of over thirty years. The other heirs in this estate have concluded they are dead. Their last known address in 1880 was Steamboat Rocks, Iowa. I have sent registered letters there, but they were returned. I also made inquiry from the County Clerk and the Postmaster, but they know nothing about these parties at all in their community. In the light of these facts and since the amounts coming to them are so small, the other heirs in this estate request the Court to distribute this money to them.
