"XII. - Elias Riegel, - a son dead, died before his father, Daniel Riegel, his wife also is dead. Elias Riegel left to survive him one child, a daughter, Drusilla, who afterward married Elias Heiney. Drusilla Heiney is also dead; she died after her father Elias, and left to survive her a daughter, Mary Heiney. Elias Heiney, the husband is also living. Drusilla Heiney died however before her Grand-father, Daniel Riegel, so that her entire share passes to her daughter, Mary Heiney. Her husband, Elias Heiney, cannot share since his wife Drusilla was never seized of an estate."
