In Memoriam

In loving memory of Robert H Beecher who passed away one year ago March 26

Oh my Lord and Savior dear
Has it only been a year
Since he went away and left me here?
On that terrible night when the moon shone bright
And we waited there in silent prayer
But he went away and left me here
Has it really only been a year?
But now my Lord I think I see
Why he went on ahead of me
For as in this life he shielded me
He's gone ahead so he could see
That on my day when God does call
The path is clear and I'll not fall
And together we'll walk to that beautiful gate
Where you my Lord and Savior wait
These words I've written just today
Are to tell you again that I love you and pray
When God bids each of us on our day
You're waiting to greet us and show us the way

Wife Ruth, Son Denny and Family.
