Mrs. Catherine Gilbert, widow of John K. Gilbert, who died about thirteen years ago, died on Sunday morning at 11 o'clock of a complication of ailments, after a lingering illness, aged 56 years, at her home at No. 106 North Fourth street.
She was a member of Salem United Brethren Church. She was twice married and is survived by four daughters and one son, as follows:
Miss Lizzie Dodenderfer, of Philadelphia, Irvin Dodenderfer, Mrs. Virginia Eck, Mrs. Leah Spang and Mrs. Chales Billingham, of this city.

Catharine married George Dodendorf. (George Dodendorf was born about 1849 in Schaefferstown, Lebanon, PA ¹².)
