Sentz, carpenter, 42, living with wife Nettie L., 39; John E., 14; Earl D., 11; William G., 9; Guy S., 7; Edgar P., 4; and Donald T., 2. David and Nettie were married for 20 years and she had birthed 10 children, 9 alive in 1910. Everyone and their parents were born in Pennsylvania.

2. Obituary: Gettysburg Times: obituary of Guy S. Sentz Sr. On 11 Nov 1977 in Gettysburg, Adams, PA. 1 Guy S. Sentz Sr., 74, of 220 W. Sixth St., Waynesboro, died Thursday evening at the Waynesboro Hospital.
He was born in Harney, Md., the son of the late David and Nettie Beecher Sentz.
He has been a resident of Waynesboro for the last 43 years.
Prior to his retirement, 15 years ago, he was employed by the Highway Express Lines.
Mr. Sentz was a member of the Faith United Methodist Church, Waynesboro.
His wife, Loretta E. Sentz, to whom he was married 55 years, survives.
Other survivors include daughters -- Mrs. William M. Bowders of Waynesboro, Mrs. Richard Davis of Hagerstown; Mrs. Robert Dean Oberhalzer, also of Hagerstown; Mrs. Arthure Biesecker, at home; son Guy S. Sentz Jr. of RD 3 Fayetteville; 18 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; three brothers -- William Sentz of Taneytown; Donald Sentz of Carlisle, and Earl Sentz of Hanover.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Snyder Funeral Home, S. Church and Second Sts., Waynesboro, with Rev. Howard H. Smith, officiating. Interment will be in the Parklawns Memorial Gardens, Chambersburg.
Friends will be received at the funeral home Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.
