3. Obituary: Gettysburg Times: obituary of Earl D. Sentz on 13 Feb 1987 in Gettysburg, Adams, PA. ¹ Earl D. Sentz, 88, 1104 Broadway, Hanover, died at his home Thursday morning.
Born in Adams County, he was the son of the late David and Nettie Beecher Sentz.
His wife, the late Dula Boyd Sentz, died June 19, 1977.
He attended the Cavalry Bible Church in Hanover. He was also a life member of the Odd Fellows Lodge.
He is survived by five children, Vestal M. Kottcamp, Strinestown, Pa.; Peggy Wiseman, Thomasville; Norman E. Sents, Littlestown; Ray D. Sentz, Abbotstown; Martin L. Sentz, Hanover R. 3; one brother, Donald T. Sentz, Carlisle; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Littles Funeral Home in Littlestown. The Rev. Clair W. Shorb and Rev. C. Jack Orr will officiate. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Gettysburg. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday evening.
