1. Obituary: Pottsville Republican on 2 Jan 1992 in Pottsville, Schuylkill, PA. ¹ Mabel E. Horrox, 82, of Brandonville, RD Ringtown, died Tuesday evening at her home.
Born in Rupert, Columbia County, she was a daughter of the late Bradley and Sarah Wagner, Mausteller.
She was a seamstress in the local garment industry until retiring.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Brandonville, and Shamokin Local of International Ladies Garment Workers Union.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Emerick, in 1961; a daughter, Janette Singley, in 1961; three brothers and a sister.
Surviving are two sons, Richard, Essington, and Douglas, RD Ringtown; four daughters, June Wasch, Kings Ranch, Ariz., Sarah Kelmalis, Ringtown, Myrtle Shoup, Ridley Park, and Patricia Cloutier, New Baltimore, Md.; a brother, Roy Mausteller, Orangeville; 20 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday from St. John's Lutheran Church, Brandonville. Interment will be in the Brandonville Cemetery. Edward Stauffer Funeral Home, Ringtown, is in charge of arrangements.

Mabel married Emerick Allen Horrox, son of William Horrox and Ellen Parcell, in Apr 1926 in Elkton, Cecil, MD.
