Funeral services were held from the Muller mortuary yesterday for Philip J. Castro, 51, of 1633 Brutus street, who died Tuesday of injuries suffered last Saturday in a car accident.
Requiem mass was celebrated at Madonna Del Sasso Catholic church where the Rev. Leo J. Matz officiated. Burial was at Santa Rita Catholic cemetery. Pallbearers were Howard Stuckey, Michael Moser, John Soberanes, Walter Thibault, Don Talkor and Michael Ford.

Felix married Lucille R. Owen, daughter of John Albert Owen and Rosa Manett Wollen. (Lucille R. Owen was born on 18 Oct 1907 in Ceresco, Saunders, NE,¹ died on 18 Nov 1958 in Salinas, Monterey, CA ^{1 2} and was buried on 21 Nov 1958 in Salinas: Garden of Memories Memorial Park, Monterey, CA ^{2 5}.)
