(Special to the LEADER.) CYNTHIANA, KY., June 13.-The funeral services of Mrs. Permelia C. Cook, widow of the late Cyrus B. Cook, took place from the residence of her son-in-law, Wm. Adams, this morning at 10:30 o'clock. Mrs. Cook was about 75 years of age and a highly respected woman. She had four daughters and one son, Mrs. William Addams, Mrs. Cale Musser, now Mrs. A. S. Ashbrook, now dead, and dead; C. B. Cook, Jr., who is dead. Her husband, the late Cyrus B. Cook, who died about fifteen years ago, founded the C. B. Cook distillery, and also the C. B. Cook Milling Company, which is now the Crescent Milling Company.
