4. Obituary: on 18 Dec 2020 in Lexington, Davidson, NC, USA. ⁴ Mary Frances Sink Beeker, 92, of Lexington went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, December 17, 2020, at the Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, private funeral service will be held at Reeds United Methodist Church with the Rev. Barry Queen officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Beeker was born in Davidson County on December 20, 1927, to Thomas Herman Sink and Clara Belle Beard Sink. She was a member of Reeds United Methodist Church and a loving mother, sister, and grandmother whose memory will be cherished forevermore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Graham Beeker; her brothers, Clarence Sink, Kermit Sink, Willie Sink, and Fred Sink; and her sisters, Gladys Beason, Beulah Benoy, Edna Presley, and Florence Sowers.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Charles Beeker (Diane) of Clemmons, Richard Beeker (Kathy) of Arcadia, Nelson Beeker (Sherri) of Tyro, Carol Beeker Long of Midway, and Jean Beeker Spainhour (William) of Midway; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Memorials may be directed to Reeds United Methodist Church at 4731 W Old Hwy 64, Lexington, NC 27295.
