She was born Sept. 19, 1921, in Valparaiso, to Carl and Dora (Blunk) Billerbeck.
Mrs. Boehlke had been a bookkeeper with Indiana General and was a church organist in Valparaiso. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Valparaiso, and was a Valparaiso High School graduate.
On June 19, 1953, in Valparaiso, she married Clarence Boehlke, who died May 26, 2006.
Also preceding her in death were her parents and three brothers, Howard and Wallace Billerbeck and a twin.
Surviving are two daughters, Janet and Donna (Terry) Beecher, both of LaCrosse, and four grandchildren, Jason, Clinton and Jenna Beecher and Rachel Hite.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, Valparaiso, with Revs. John Santoro and Freda Scales officiating. Friends may call Tuesday from 1 p.m. until the service. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Wanatah.

She was born September 19, 1921 in Valparaiso, the daughter of Carl and Dora (Blunk) Billerbeck, graduated from Valparaiso High School, had been a bookkeeper with Indiana General, will be remembered as a church organist by many in the Valparaiso area and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Valparaiso. On June 19, 1953 at Trinity Lutheran Church, she married Clarence Boehlke who preceded her in death on May 26, 2006. Survivors include their two daughters: Janet Boehlke of LaCrosse and Donna (Terry) Beecher of LaCrosse and their children: Jason (Megan) Beecher, Clinton Beecher, Rachel (Jason) Hite and Jenna Beecher; and her sister-in-law, Martha Billerbeck, formerly of Chesterton. She was also preceded in death by her twin brother in 1921 and two additional brothers and one sister-in-law. Howard (Vera) Billerbeck and Wallace Billerbeck. A visitation will take place Tuesday, October 10, 2006 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 201 N. Washington Street, Valparaiso with funeral service beginning at 200 p.m. The Rev.
