1. Court: Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions in Nov 1844 in Lexington, Davidson, NC. Nov 1844 Polly Tysinger Philip Beeker adm. Ordered by the court that Jacob Goss, J. P., Bazel Floyd, Moses Holmes & Joseph Carrick Freeholders act as commissioners to lay off one year's support for Polly Tysinger widow of Adam Tysinger according to law and make report to next Court.
2. Court: Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions on 11 Nov 1844 in Lexington, Davidson, NC. 2 Philip Beeker is appointed administrator of Adam Tysinger decd. He entered into bond in the sum of $100 with Henry Tysinger his Security which was approved and he qualified and obtained letters of administration.

About 1770-1778, 3 Tysinger brothers came from Germany. Nicholas settled in Pa., one brother (name unknown) settled in Va. In Shenandoah Valley section, and Adam settled in Silver Hill section in N.C. Records show this to be the first Tysinger (also spelled "Tisinger" and "Tisineer") to come to this state.
Adam Tysinger married a Summey and they had 6 children named: Barbara, Polly who m. an Evans, Adam, Rebecca who m. and Umphrey, Michael and Peter.
His son Adam m. Molly Beeker. They had 9 children: Henry m. 5 Mar. 1862 Sovina Beck, Mary, Adam, Peter, Sophia, Philip, Polly, Peggy and John. The family moved to Old Salem, now known as Winston-Salem. Some descendants moved to Asheboro and other parts of Randolph Co.
His son Peter m. Margaret Beeker. They had 7 children: John m. Catherine Beck 3 Apr. 1855; David m. (?); Barbara m. Leonard Rickard; Elizabeth m. Daniel Back; Margaret m. James Mills; Philip m. Anne Lanier and had 4 children; Adam never married.
His son Michael (b. c1804) m. Dovey Williams (b. c.1800 had red hair). They had 5 children: Priscilla; Tom who m. Nancy Wilkerson; Eliza m. Bill Cameron (both are buried in family cemetery 2 miles off High Rock Rd.); Robert; and Mary.
Michael Tysinger and wife Dovey are buried In the edge of a field about 5 miles outside Denton on Yates Rd. He was a blacksmith.
Adam married Molly Beeker, daughter of Henry Beeker Sr. and Barbara Garner, about 1812 in , Davidson, NC. (Molly Beeker was born about 1793 in , Davidson, NC 1 and died before Dec 1837 in , Davidson, NC.)
