On SATURDAY NOVEMBER 6, 1852.
THE following valuable property, late the property of Emanuel Meily, deceased, will be offered at Public Sale, at the Public house of Leonard Zimmerman, in the borough of Lebanon, viz: No. 1. One Town Lot of Ground, being corner Lot fronting Market Street, and running along an Alley which leads to the Reformed Church. Thereon is erected a wooden Stable, &c. No. 2. One-half Lot of Ground, adjoining the above Lot on the North, and Lot of George Meily on the South, on which is erected a Two Story Log House, weather boarded, with excellent fruit trees, and a never failing well with pump near the back door. The above property is pleasantly situated, being on the most elevated part of town and is worthy the attention of purchasers. Good titles and possession will be given on the 1st day of April, 1853. Sale to commence at 1 o'clock, on said day, when conditions will he made known by GEORGE MEILY, Agent for the heirs of Emannel Meily, deceased.
