At the same time and place, all that certain Lot or piece of ground situate in the town of treverton Northumberland County, bounded on the North by the Rail Road, on the East by Lot of Abraham Deppen, on the South by Market street and on the West by Lot of Issiah Morgan and wife, containing 25 feet in front and 125 feet in depth, whereon are erected a two story frame dwelling House and frame Stable.
Seized taken in execution and to be sold as the property of Benjamin Derk and Israel Dunkleberger.
