Everyone and their parents were born in Pennsylvania.

2. Obituary: Reading Eagle: obituary of Minerva Bender Schweitzer on 25 Mar 1997 in Reading, Berks, Pennsylvania, USA. ³ Minerva M. Schweitzer, 72, died Monday at 9:30 a.m. in her residence at 521 Grove Ave., Cumru Township. Her husband, Allison W. Schweitzer, died Oct. 8, 1986. Born in Mohnton, she was a daughter of the late Charles E. and Minnie B. (Bicher) Bender. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Mohnton. Surviving are two daughters, Marie E., wife of Lynwood V. Meinig, Reading, and Jeanine M. Schweitzer, Robesonia.; a son, Ivan C., Mohnton; and a step-daughter, Arlene, wife of David Miller, Tampa, Fla. Other survivors include a brother, Robert E. Bender, Alleghenyville; four grandchildren; and three stepgrandchildren. Services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in Joseph D. Giles Funeral Home Inc., Mohnton. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton.
