Hornaday were married yesterday morning at 9 o'clock at the home of the bride, 2504 Williams street, with Rev. W. E. Wisseman, pastor of first Congregational Christian church, officiating. After the ceremony the couple left for a week at Myrtle Beach, S. C., after which they will be at home on Williams sstreet.
Mrs. Hornaday is daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Isiah Marshall Swanner, Albemarle. She has lived here 16 years and is a supervisor in the production department of Mock-Judson-Voehringer company. Mr. Hornaday, son of the late Rev. and Mrs. J. A. Hornaday, Maxton, is a graduate of Trinity Park school, Durham, and Massey Business college, Richmond, Va. He has been in the office machine business here the past 15 years.

Leslie married Martha Anne Swanner, daughter of Isiah Marshall Swanner and Susan Clementine Thomas, on 4 Jul 1943 in Greensboro, Guilford, NC.¹ (Martha Anne Swanner was born on 27 Feb 1904 in Marshville, Union, NC, USA,² died on 29 Mar 1978 in Greensboro, Guilford, NC ² and was buried in Greensboro: Guilford Memorial Park, Guilford, NC, USA ².)
