1. Elizabeth was listed on a Samuel and Eliza Beher sold 18 acres to her mother Elizabeth. Deed on 2 Jul 1838 in Cincinnati, Hamilton, Ohio, United States. ⁶ Samuel Beher and Eliza Beher his wife of the County of Hamilton In the State of Ohio sold for $600 to Elizabeth Davis of the county and state aforesaid a certain tract of land situate in the County of Hamilton and State of Ohio, containing 18 acres, being a part of the South half of S. W. quarter of section number twelve in the Third Township and first fractional Range of Townships in the Miami Purchase of which Zadock Davis died seized and being the same premises petitioned and set apart to the said Eliza Beker heir at law of the said Zadock Davis deceased by James Williams, William Terry and William T. Gerstle commissioners appointed for that purpose by the Court of Common Pleas for the County of Hamilton at their February Term A.D. 1838 in pursuance of an order of assignment of Dower a partition issued 22d February 1838.

2. Census in 1850 in Delhi, Hamilton, OH. ⁵ The 1850 census recorded Edward Beher, 15, living in the household of his grandmother, Elizabeth Davis, 70; and her daugher Abigal, 41. Also in the home is her grandson David Ellis, farmer, 18. (David's father David Ellis Sr. was first husband of Eliza Ann Davis who second married in 1835 Samuel Beher.) Everyone was born in Massachusetts except Edward in Ohio. Elizabeth's estate is valued at $10,000.

3. Census in 1860 in Delhi, Hamilton, OH. ⁷ The 1860 census recorded Eliza Davis, 60, living with daughter Abigal, 51. Both were born in Massachusetts. Eliza's real estate was worth $2000 and personal estate $300.

4. Census in 1870 in Delhi, Hamilton, OH. ⁸ The 1870 census recorded Elizabeth Davis, 90, born in Massachusetts, living with Sarah Yruick, 35, born in Ohio, and servant Elizabeth Bacon, 30, born in Ohio. Davis' real estate was valued at $3000 and personal estate $200. On the same census page is her son, Shipley Davis, farmer, 52, with his family.

Elizabeth married Zadok Davis on 15 Nov 1804 in Chilmark, Dukes, MA.¹ (Zadok Davis was born on 30 Mar 1782 in Edgartown, Dukes, MA,⁹ died on 18 Aug 1834 in Delhi Hills, Hamilton, OH ^{1 9} and was buried in Delhi Hills: Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery, Hamilton, OH ⁹.)
