W. quarter of section number twelve in the Third Township and first fractional Range of Townships in the Miami Purchase of which Zadock Davis died seized and being the same premises petitioned and set apart to the said Eliza Beker heir at law of the said Zadock Davis deceased by James Williams, William Terry and William T.
