Living in his household is his wife, Mary, 28, born Feb 1872; and Henry, born Oct. 1892; and Ada, born May 1900. The record shows Jacob and Mary were married 9 years and had given birth to a total of two children. Everyone and their parents were born in Pennsylvania.

2. Census in 1910 in Brecknock Twp., Lancaster, PA. 11 Jacob Bicher, farmer, age 44, is living with wife Mary, age 38, married 19 years. She had given birth to two children, two of who were still living. Living with them are son Henry, 18; Ada, 10; and brother-in-law Martin Fox, 29. Everyone and their parents were born in Pennsylvania.

3. Census in 1920 in Brecknock Twp., Lancaster, PA. 12 The 1920 census recorded two Bicher households as neighbors. Jacob Bicher, farm manager, 53, was living with wife Mary, 48; daughters Ada, 19; and Mary, 8. Next door was Jacob's son Henry Bicher, farm manager, 27, living with wife Lydia, 22, and daughter Emma, 4 months old. Everyone and their parents were born in Pennsylvania.

8. Obituary: New Holland Clarion: obituary of Mrs. Mary Bicher on 7 Jan 1949 in New Holland, Lancaster, PA. 14 Mrs. Mary Bicher, seventy-six, widow of Jacob Bicher, New Holland, R. 1, died Monday at 11 p.m. at her home.

A daughter of the late Israel and Mary Sensenig Fox, she was a member of the Pike Mennonite Church.

Surviving are three children: Henry, Bethel, Berks County; Ada, wife of Barton Sensenig, with whome she resided; and Mary, wife of John S. Zimmerman, Leonardstown, R. 2, Md.; also 24 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two brothers and a sister, John and Henry Fox, Martindale; and Fannie, wife of Samuel Zimmerman, Ephrata, R. 3.

Funeral services will be held from the home of Samuel Zimmerman, Ephrata, R. 3, today (Friday) at 12:30 o'clock, with further services in the Pike Mennonite Church at 1:30 o'clock. Interment will be made in the adjoining cemetery.
