Dubuque Telegraph Herald: Mrs. G. B. Huekels, died at the family home, 34 Almond street, Monday evening at 7:15 o'clock, after a five days illness. She was born in Wisconsin and had been a resident of this city for forty-five years. She is survived by her husband, five daughters, Josephone, Margaret, Minnie, Mrs. J. W. Schneider, and Sister Mary Gerard, of St. Frances Convent, this city, and one son, Gerald, of Chicago; also a brother, Joseph Beecher, of Dyersville, one sister, Mrs. Thomas Goad, and two grandchildren, Gerald Schneider and Mary Huekels.
