Joseph Beecher.
The very sad news of Mr. Joseph Beecher's death was received by his daughter Mrs. Chris. Brant, April 23, 1907.
Mr. Beecher died April 19, 1907, at his home in Granville, N. D., where he moved recently, his age being 80 years 5 months and 20 days.
Although everything was done that could be done, weakness and age caused his death. Mr. Beecher has lived around here most of his life, spending a great many years at Waldwick. Besides his wife he leaves to mourn his departure three daughters and four sons with whom a great many friends and acquaintances join in sincere sympathy.

14. Obituary: Mineral Point Tribune: obituary of Joseph Beecher on 9 May 1907 in Mineral Point, Iowa, WI. 7 This long-time citizen of Waldwick died at the home of his son at Granville, N. Dakota, on the 19th of April, aged 80 years, 5 months and 20 days. General feebleness was the cause of death. He is survived by his wife, four sons and three daughters, two of the latter being Mrs. Chris Brandt and Miss Rachel Beecher of this place, also 28 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. It is a few weeks since Mr. Beecher left here with his son.
