Shigley, 63, of 1123 North Fourteenth street, who died early Wednesday of injuries sustained when he was struck by an automobile at 12:35 a.m. Wednesday on North Ninth Street road near the north city limits, was a former Frankfort resident. While at Frankfort, he lived in the 300 block on West Walnut street.
A native of Battle Ground, Shigley was a retired construction worker. He married Kathryn Sharon at Folkston, Ga., in 1950. The widow is the only immediate survivor.
