FRANKFORT -- Suit to set aside the will of May B. Black, filed for probate in Circuit court, was instituted Friday by eight persons -- Opal Aper, Hazel Chenoweth, Manford Beeker, Bernice Beeker, Clifford Beeker, Leonard Beeker, John Beeker and Stephen Beeker against Magdeline Hornbeck as executrix of the estate and Magdoline Hornback, Thornton Beeker and Katheryn Shigley as heirs named in the will.
