The funeral of Mrs. Matilda Jacobs, widow of Israel Jacobs, who died Sunday morning at the home of her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs Edward Flnfrock, Thomasville, was held at 1.30 o'clock yesterday afternoon. After short services at the late home, the funeral cortege proceeded to Trinity (Roth's) church of the Paradise Reformed charge, where further services were held. The Rev E. V. Strasbaugh, the pastor, officiated. The pallbearers were Benjamin Steele, Reuben Lentz, Jesse Lentz and Russell Llchty. Interment was made in Roth's cemetery.

Matilda married Israel Jacobs, son of John Jacobs and Sarah A. (Israel Jacobs was born on 4 Mar 1824 in , York, PA,^{3 6 7} died on 9 Sep 1910 in Farmers, York, PA, USA ^{3 6 7} and was buried on 13 Sep 1910 in Spring Grove: Trinity Roths United Church of Christ Cemetery, York, PA ^{3 6 7}.)
