He was born June 14, 1970, in Altoona, the son of Dennis L. Beecher and Judith A. (Hostler) Roberts.

Mr. Beecher is survived by his mother of Bellwood: his father of Martinsburg; a brother, Dennis S. and wife, Sandy, of Ebensburg grandfather, Clarence M. Hostler of Bellwood; grandmother, Ruth Beecher of Altoona; and his significant other, Clara J. Tennis, with whom he resided.

He was employed as an electrician with Blair Electric Co., Altoona.

Mr. Beecher was a 1988 graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School and a 1992 graduate of Williamsport Trade School with an electrical trade degree. He was a member of the National Rifle Association. Mr. Beecher was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Friends will be received from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 31, 2001, and 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 1. 2002, at the Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Bellwood.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am. Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2002, at the funeral home with the Rev. Kenneth Beichler officiating. Interment at Logan Valley Cemetery, Bellwood.
