Mrs. Rose Blackburn, 75, widow of Fred Blackburn, died in Racine last Thursday.
Mrs. Blackburn was born at Eagle Lake and came to Racine from Burlington eight years ago. She was a member of the Congregational church of Union Grove and attended Union Tabernacle during her residence in Racine.
Surviving are one son, Milo of Burlington; two daughters, Mrs. Grace Krohn and Mrs. Gertrude Payne of
Racine; three brothers, George Beecher of Union Grove; Ray Beecher of Franksville and Roy Beecher of Whitewater; three sisters, Mrs. E. Stevens of Eagle Grove, Iowa; Mrs. S Fish of Lake Geneva; and Mrs. Beryl Jarvis of Whitewater; also six grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Monday with interment at Union Grove.


Rose married Fred Blackburn. (Fred Blackburn was born in 1868,6 died in 1929 6 and was buried in Union Grove: Union Grove Memorial Cemetery, Racine, WI 6.)
