She was the widow of the late Robert L. Gordon, died November 28, 2004. Born in West Reading, she was the daughter of the late Elmer M. and Melva I. (Bicher) Davis. She was a member of Salem (Belleman's) Church, Centre Twp. Marian graduated from Shillington High School in 1953. She worked as a secretary at Schuylkill Valley School District for 30 years, retiring in 1998. She served as a former president of the Belleman's Church Women's Group, former choir member and deacon, and was a former secretary of Hamburg Area and Schuylkill Valley School Retirees. She always enjoyed reading and crafts. Marian is survived by a son: Dan R. Gordon, husband of Donna, Centre Twp.; a daughter: Linda A. (Gordon), wife of Tino Imbesi, Centre Twp.; three grandchildren: Kyle R. Gordon, Ryan A. Gordon, and Nicholas F. Imbesi; and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sons: Wayne S. Gordon, and Fred S. Gordon; two grandchildren: Jeremy Gordon, and Tony Imbesi; and two brothers: Donald Davis and Vincent Davis. Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 5, 2024 at 11:00 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street Leesport. Burial will follow in Fairview (Belleman's) Cemetery, Centre Twp.
