Percy Bingaman was charged with defaulting is his support payments of $3 a week for the support of his wife, Blanche Noll Bingaman, and one child. He had been ordered to pay this amount, but failed to do so, and there was no capia to be issued unless he defaulted. The wife petitioned the court to remove the capias clause in the order, and it was so ordered by Judge Wagner, who remarked "He either pays or goes up on the hill."

Everyone was born in Pennsylvania. Blanche had 5 years of school education; son Russell 8 years, and her mother Clara 2. They lived in same house in 1935.

8. Obituary: Reading Times: obituary of Blanche A. Noll on 26 Aug 1982 in Reading, Berks, PA. 5 BLANCHE A. NOLL, 86, formerly of 1112 Robeson St., died Tuesday night at 8:40 in Berks Heim, where she had resided since Nov. 17, 1980.
Born in Stony Creek Mills, she was a daughter of William and Clara (Wentzel) Noll.
She had been employed as a custodian by the Reading School District before retiring in 1965. Previously, she had been employed as a topper by the former Nolde & Horst Co., Reading.
Surviving are two sons: Russell R. Bingaman, Boyertown R.D. 1, and Donald D. Bingaman, West Lawn.
Also four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The Sanders Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.


Blanche married Gordon Elwood Golden, son of Allen Cyrus Bingaman and Clara Elizabeth Beechert, on 6 Jul 1918 in Reading, Berks, PA.1 (Gordon Elwood Golden was born on 3 Jun 1896 in Reading, Berks, PA 2 12 13 14, christened on 15 Aug 1896 in Hamburg: Trinity Lutheran Church, Berks, PA,12 died on 18 May 1961 in Muhlenberg, Berks, PA 15 and was buried on 22 May 1961 in Laureldale, Berks, PA 15.)
