She had given birth to one child still living in 1900 in their household: Rosanna, 15, born Jul 1884. Everyone and their parents were born in Pennsylvania.

2. Residence: 516 5th Avenue, Altoona, PA on 14 Apr 1907 in Altoona, Blair, PA. ⁶

3. Obituary: Altoona Tribune: Mrs. Sarah E. Bucher on 12 May 1917 in Altoona, Blair, PA. ⁵ Mrs. Sarah E. Bucher, widow of the late Henry Bucher, of 516 Fifth avenue, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Rose Hildreth, of Bush, Col., yesterday morning at 2.15 o'clock, from pneumonia from which she had suffered but a few days. Mrs. Bucher was for many years a resident of this city and her death will be a shock to her many east side friends. Dr. Daniel Bohn, of Seventh avenue, is a nephew of the deceased. But one child survives, Mrs. Hildreth. The body will arrive in the city this afternoon at 3 o'clock and will be taken in charge by Funeral Directors Hickey & O'Neill. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
