John and his parents were born in Illinois. Louise was born in Kansas and her parents in Germany. Virginia was born in Oklahoma and Mildred in Kansas.

3. Obituary: Kokomo Tribune: obituary of Louise P. Cady on 6 Nov 1981 in Kokomo, Howard, IN. ¹ Louise P. Cady, 90, 2116 N. Road 100 East, died at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital at 4:46 p.m. Thursday, Nov 5, 1981, after suffering an apparent heart attack in her home.
Born in Atchison, Kan., Sep 25, 1891, she was a daughter of Alfred [sic - should be Albert] and Mary (Stephens) Fiss. She was married March 18, 1914 to John O. Cady, who died Nov. 6, 1973.
She had lived in Fayette, Mo., for several years before moving to Kokomo and was a member of Northview Christian Church.
Surviving are a son, George Cady of Kokomo; two daughters, Virginia Gillespie, with whom she made her home, and Mildred Beecher, Kokomo; a grandchild; and three great-grandchildren. Two sisters and a brother preceded her in death.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Northview Christian Church, with the Rev. William Hass officiating, and at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Ralph A. Carr Funeral Home, 304 N. Linn St., Fayette. Burial will be in Fayette Cemetery. Calling at Ellers Mortuary is from 4 to 8 p.m. today and at the church Saturday an hour prior to services.
