A white full-sized 1980s vehicle would have damage to the passenger side, possibly with red paint, and has a new Pennsylvania license plate possibly ending in 0132. Eric G. Beecher, 16, reported a white male turned right from the outside lane of South Hanover Street into the driver's side of his Pontiac, causing damage to the door and quarter panels.
