1. Obituary: The Lexington Herald on 27 Sep 1918 in Lexington, Fayette, KY. 2 The body of Charles Wolford Cook, who died at his home at Rochester, Minn., Tuesday was brought to this city today for burial. The funeral service was conducted at Battle Grove cemetery by the Rev. C. F. Moore.
Mr. Cook was formerly of this city and was the son of the late James Cook. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Mayme Cook Frager, who was at her brothers bedade when he died and accompanied the body here. He was a nephew of Mrs. Annie Wilson, of Lexington, and W. A. Cook, of of this city. Roy Frazer, a nephew of New York city was also here for the funeral.


Charles married Jeanette M. "Nettie" Orr. (Jeanette M. "Nettie" Orr was born on 3 Nov 1861 in , , KY,3 died on 23 Dec 1884 3 and was buried in Cynthiana: Battle Grove Cemetery, Harrison, KY 3.)
