Sharp and Mrs. Georgia Cook, of the Connerville neighborhood, were married in Georgetown Tuesday. Mr. Sharp is a well-to-do farmer andland owner. Mrs. Cook is the widow of the late W. A. Cook, of this city, and a sister of John W. Hiten, of Oxford. After the ceremony they went to the home of the groom's daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Corbin, where a sumptuous supper was was served with a number of relatives and other friends as guests. they will reside on Mr. Sharp's farm near Oxford. James married Georgiana "Georgie" Ann Hiten, daughter of James J. Hiten and Louisa Fightmaster, on 27 Jan 1920 in Georgetown, Scott, Kentucky, United States.1 (Georgiana "Georgie" Ann Hiten was born on 30 Jun 1850 in , Harrison, KY,3 died on 24 Mar 1936 in Connersville, Fayette, IN 3 and was buried on 26 Mar 1936 in Sadieville, Scott, KY, United States 3.) |
