Blum, to Charles R. Sprandel, Jr. son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sprandel, of 805 North Irving avenue, which took place Sept. 2 in Easton. Rev Benjamin A. Scull officiated. There were no attendants. Mr. and Mrs. Sprandel will reside at 413 Gibson street. The bride was an employe of the Scranton-Lackawana Trust Company. Mr. Sprandel is manager of a shoe department at the Scranton Dry Goods Company.

2. Obituary: Atlanta Constitution on 8 Oct 1983 in Atlanta, Fulton, GA. ⁴ Mrs. Frances B. of Atlanta, died Oct. 7 1983. Surviving are her brother, Mr. Robert G. Blum, Atlanta, nephews, William R. Blum, Miami; Richard H. Blum, Athens, great-niece and great-newphew. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct 8 at four o'clock at Spring Hill. Rev. Richard B. Ribble officiating. The remains will be taken to Scranton, Pa. for interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to favority charity. H.M. Patterson & Son.
