1. She signed a will on 10 Oct 1888 in Orwigsburg, Schuylkill, Pennsylvania, United States. 2 In the name of God Amen, I, Hannah Neiswender of the Borough of Orwigsburg, County of Schuylkill and State of Pennsylvania, (widow of George Neiswender), being of reasonable good health of body, and of sound mind, memory and understanding, but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following, to wit:

First. It is my will, and I do order, that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease.

Second. I give and bequeath unto my Grand son, Haller Mengel, his heirs and assigns, the dwelling house, stable and lot of Ground which I now occupy, and also the adjoining lot of Ground and smith shop, all situate in the Borough of Orwigsburg. It is my will and I do order that my said husband George Neiswender, shall occupy and enjoy said real estate during his natural life, and after his decease my said Grand son his heirs or assigns shall have full possession of said bequeathed real estate.

And lastly, I nominate constitute and appoint John W. Rapp to be the Executor of this my will, hereby revoking all other wills, legacies, and bequests by me heretofore made, and declaring this and no other, to be my last will and testament.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, by making my cross this tenth day of October A.D. Eighteen hundred and eighty eight (1888).

Helen Kunkel, still living, she assigned her share to George Neiswender, who re-assigned same to Edward C. Riegel, (see Assignment).
Clara Kauffman, - dead, died after her mother Hannah Neiswender, Her husband Emanuel Kauffman is still living. Left issue as follows:-

(George Neiswender Jr. was born on 2 Apr 1826 in Blythe Townshp, Schuylkill County, PA,4 died on 26 Jan 1907 in West Brunswick Township, Schuylkill, Pennsylvania, United States 4 and was buried in Kimmels Evangelical Free Church Cemetery Orwigsburg Schuylkill County Pennsylvania, USA 4.)
