It is well known that the Pannebeckers in Fairfield County originated from the Pannebeckers who lived in Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where Henry Bicher's father was born. This explains how Henry mirgrated to Fairfield County.

He was divorced (Book E 34 page 198 - Henry Bicher vs. Susannah Bicher) on 8 Jun 1850 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio, USA. 5 This day came the Petitioner by his Counsel and the Defendant still failing to appear and plead answer or Demes to said petition, and the Court finding that due and legal notice of the pendency of this petition had been given, this cause came on to be and was heard upon the petition of the petitioner and Testimony on consideration whereof the Court do find from the testimony that the petitioner is and has been for more than one year preceeding the filing of this petition bond file a resident of this County that the parties to said Petition were married as therein set forth, and that the Defendant wilfully and without cause absented herself from the petitioner his bed and Board for more than three years immediately before the filing of this petition, wherefore it is ordered and decreed that the marriage contract between the parties be and the same is hereby dissolved and canceled and both parties freed from the obligations thereof.

Albaugher and George W. Albaugher and James Albaugher, said Henry Beecher having sold off the South part of the North East Quarter of the North West Quarter to said John A. Albaugher and George W. Albaugher and James Albaugher. This land is bounded on the South by John A. Albaugher and on the West by S. H. Darrow and on the North by William H. Darrow and on the East by the Delaware Road, and on the South by the land sold to John A. Albaugher and George W. Albaugher and James Albaugher and the land of William H. Darrow. The land sold is one hundred and eight acres and a third part of an acre. The land sold is bounded on the South by John A. Albaugher and on the West by S. H. Darrow and on the North by William H. Darrow and on the East by the Delaware Road. Also another piece of land described as follows: Beginning at the North East corner of the North West Quarter of Section 2, Town 1, Range 18, North East Quarter, running West 25 rods; thence South 8 rods; thence East 25 rods; thence North 8 rods to the place of beginning, containing one acre and a quarter; and another piece of land described as follows: Beginning at the South West corner of the North East Quarter of Section 2, Town 1, Range 18, North East Quarter, running West to the corner of William H. Darrow; thence North 10 rods; thence East to the East line of the North East Quarter of Section 2, Town 1, Range 18, North East Quarter; thence South to the place of beginning, containing two acres; and also another piece of land described as follows: Beginning at the North West corner of the North East Quarter of Section 2, Town 1, Range 18, North East Quarter, running West 10 rods; thence South 16 rods; thence East 10 rods; thence North 16 rods to the place of beginning, containing one acre; and also another piece of land described as follows: Beginning at the North East corner of the North West Quarter of Section 2, Town 1, Range 18, North East Quarter, running West 10 rods; thence South 16 rods; thence East 10 rods; thence North 16 rods to the place of beginning, containing one acre. To have and to hold the above granted premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said William Beecher his heirs and assigns forever. Stelzer, a clerk in the merchant establishment of Kelton, Bancroft and Co., and who was deceased at the time of proving will; witnesses to codicil: Henry Bicher and George Katzmyer. At time of proving, Henry Bicher was of Bloom Twp., Fairfield Co., Apr. 10, 1859.

Living with him is wife Elizabeth, 37; Eliza Bicher, 7; Charles Bicher, 1; and others we presume are Elizabeth's by a first marriage: Ezra Rockey, 14; Elvira Rockey, 12; Wilson Rockey, 9; Fred Rockey, 8. Everyone was born in Ohio, except J.H. who was born in Pennsylvania. The post office is Lancaster, Ohio.
