Newspaper: Reading Times: Coal Regions: Henry Eisenhart died, 16 Jul 1913, Reading, Berks, PA. 6 Henry Eisenhart, of Brownsville, a veteran of the Civil War, died at his home, following an illness. He was well known and highly esteemed. He leaves to survive his widow and two sons and two daughters, James of Reading; Charles, of Frackville; Mrs. Julia Draper, or Tamaqua, and Miss Carrie, at home.

Henry Eisenhart (7-4) a son of Mary Geist--Eisenhart (11-3) was born at Leck Kill, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania on 1838 and died in Shenandoah in 1913. His wife, whose name we do not know, was born in 1841 and died in 1921. They are both buried in the I. O. O. F. cemetery at Shenandoah and a tombstone marks their graves. We do not know of any descendents. He was a Civil War Veteran.
