Thurman Bert WEBER of 1800 Wash. Str., St. Louis, MO. Born 12 Jul 1883. Unemployed laborer. His nearest relative is Mrs. Mary Cave of 220 Washington Ave., Lancaster, Ohio.

Mary Cave, of course is Thurman Bicher's mother.
