1. Obituary: The Gospel Herald on 24 Oct 1912. 2 Witmer. - Elizabeth Bucher was born Sept. 27, 1835; died Oct. 1, 1912; aged 77 y. 4 d. In 1861 she was united in marriage with David Witmer, who died five years ago. Four children were born to this union, of which two are dead. Since the death of her husband she was living with her son Daniel. She was a faithful member of the Mennonite Church for 50 years. Funeral services at the Mennonite Church, North Lima, Ohio, conducted by A. J. Steiner, Allen Rickert and David Lehman.
Elizabeth married David R. Witmer in 1861 in , Mahoning, OH. (David R. Witmer was born about 1839 in , , OH and died about 1907.)
