4. Property in 1744. 2 In 1744 a Warrant was granted to Caspar Wenderoth of Prince George County, Md. [today's Frederick Co. Md.], for fifty acres of land, he having paid fifty Shillings Sterling. .
5. Property in 1745 in , Frederick, MD. He received Warrants for 70 acres additional in 1745. This estate was referred to as "Wolf Pit Acres". The land was located about four miles southwest of Frederic town, and was along Baltis Fouts run (now Ballinger Creek).
6. Fact: 1748, , Frederick, MD. 3 Caspar Wenderoth was on a "Black List" in 1748. Apparently a crooked Sheriff and some other officers forced the farmers in Frederick to pay their yearly rents and taxes more than once and added "penalties". For a period prior to 1750, the area was taxed by both Pennsylvania and Maryland. Caspar and several other farmers, paid their land rent under protest. .
