WRIGHTSVILLE -- Following a one-week illness, Doris Isabel Beecher, 19-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul A. Beecher, died yesterday at 1:45 p. m. at her home 327 Locust street.

Surviving are: Her parents; three sisters, Mary Julia and Audrey, and a brother Everett, at home; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs, W. E. Kraft, Delroy; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Beecher, Wrightsville.

Miss Beecher was a graduate of Wrightsville High school,a member of the class of 1944, a member of the school's alumni association, and was attending Thompson Business school in York prior to her illness. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Sunday school class taught by Mrs. William Frey.

The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Etzweiler Funeral home, here. Interment will be in Fairview cemetery.

Beecher, 327 Locust street, who died Wednesday, were held Saturday afternoon at the Etzweiler Funeral home here. Rev. J. M. Spangler, pastor of Trinity Lutheran church, officiated. Pallbears were: Richard and Luther Weitzel, Samuel Keller, Richard Millar, David Murray and John Ness. Interment was in Fafrview cemetery. The services were largely attended.
