Source-6 TRANSCRIPTION OF ANDREW W. BOOHER'S LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT:
Know all persons by these presents that I Andrew W. Booher being of sound mind and of mature age and Knowing the certainty of death and being possessed of some of this worlds goods and feel disposed to bequeath them in the following manner. In the first place I give to my Son Thomas M. Booher all the land on north side of Holston River except the land known as the Mat Blevins land which I give to my Grand Son, Andrew J. Booher and I will that my son Thomas M. Booher shall pay to my daughter Maggy Blevins the sum of fifty dollars at the death of myself and wife. I give to my son Peter W. Booher all the land I have on ? side of Holston River except a undivided entry which I give to my Grand Son Joseph A. Booher. I also will that my son Peter W. Booher pay my daughter Maggy Blevins the sum of fifty dollars after the death of myself and wife. I also will that the said lands as heretofore willed shall at the death of said Thomas M. Booher and Peter W. Booher shall respectfully be divided equally among their children. I give to my wife Catharine all of my household furniture, and all my stock to have and to hold forever and dispose of same as she wishes except I will that my Grand Son Davis Booher have ? colt the offspring of my stock as is herein willed to my wife. In conclusion and lastly I will that my sons Thomas M. and Peter W. Booher pay my doctor bills and burial expenses equally. Proven in open court by the oaths of Elbert W. Stophel and Owen Stophel subscribing witnesses to the foregoing will on the 5th day of July 1892 and thereupon said paper - writing was declared by the court to be the last will and Testament of the above named Andrew W. Booher dec'd and ordered to be entered in the book of wills.
