WILL OF MARTIN BOOHER
I Martin Booher, of the County of Sullivan, And State of Tenn. being of Sound Mind and Memory and the uncertainty of life So therefore make order publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament that is to say first After all my Lawfull debts are paid and discharged the residue of my estate real and personal 1st - I give and bequeath to my daughter Lisa Phipps, formerly Lisa Booher, four acres of land including the house where Isaac Phipps Now lives up and down Creek and the land over the Creek opsit the house where said Phipps lives. 2nd - I give and bequeath to my daughter Louisa Booher, all the balance of the plantation on which I now live to her and her heirs I give it forever Also all my household and Kitchen furnature And All of my Personal property. 3rd - I give to William Booher One dollars ($1.00) To Catharine Hampton $1.00 To Mahaly Booher $1.00 To Andrew Booher $1.00 To C. J. Booher $1.00 To Eliza Bauldon $1.00 To Rebeca Washam $1.00 Lastly I Nominate and Appoint L. G. Dryden my Executor of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all Other Will by me made.
