I further swear that my father, George Henson, was born in England, my mother Charlotte Henson, was born in England, and that my full name before marriage was Ada M. Surviving are a daughter, Patricia A.. wife of Martin P. Rissmiller, Riverview Park, and two grandchildren and a sister, Mary E., wife of George B. Fisher, Reading.
