I further swear that my father, George Henson, was born in England, my mother Charlotte Henson, was born in England, and that my full name before marriage was Ada M. Henson, and that I have never been to the United States of America; that I have resided outside of the United States at the following places for the following periods: England, from birth to date.; and that my said husband is now at Reading, Pennsylvania and my permanent address in the United States, provided that I am allowed to enter, will be 306 North Front Street, Reading, Pennsylvania; and that I expect to sail for the United States on or about July 3, 1919 on the S.S. Beecher had been employed for 41 years as a machinist by the Carpenter Technology Corp... retiring in January 1981.
A member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Laureldale, he was an Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving are a daughter, Patricia A.. wife of Martin P. Rissmiller, Riverview Park, and two grandchildren and a sister, Mary E., wife of George B. Fisher, Reading.
