Twardzik, 112 East Centre street, Shenandoah, died Friday evening at the home of his, son Edward, 5417 Roosevelt street, Hollywood Hills, Florida, where he had been staying for the winter. Born in Shenandoah, son of Josephine and the late John Twardzik, he was at the time of his death president of the Musicians Union Local 170, was a past president and member of the Shenandoah Rotary, a member of the Polish American Fire Company, St. Casimir's Church and the Holy Name Society. At one time he was on the school board. Surviving are his wife, the former Tessie F. Peznoskie; a son, Edward, with whom he resided; a daughter, Mrs. John P. (Regina) Craig, Annaheim, California: a brother, Paul Twardzik of Shenandoah; four sisters: Mrs. Victoria Jerzak, Margaret, Tomcavage, Twardzik and all Mrs. of Shenandoah and Mrs. Anna Schumacher, New York; nieces and nephews. Funeral Wednesday morning from the Wadlington Funeral Home, 5801 Hollywood Hills, Florida at 10 o'clock.
Interment will take place in Hollywood Hill. Viewing Tuesday 7 to 9 p.m.
